Erica Loesch
Ms. Loesch is the proud principal of Saratoga Elementary School. Ms. Loesch began her career in FCPS as a special education teacher - first serving as an inclusive learning disabilities teacher and later a Comprehensive Services Site teacher. She then served as a Special Education Department Chair before becoming Assistant Principal at Saratoga. Ms. Loesch left Saratoga for a short time to open the elementary public day program at Burke School. Ms. Loesch is back at home having returned to Saratoga as principal.
Ms. Loesch loves spending time with her family - her husband, three daughters, and two pups. They enjoy crafting and hiking together. Ms. Loesch also enjoys reading (or listening) to realistic fiction books and watching dramas and romantic comedies.

Abigail Lower
Ms. Lower has served as a Talented and Gifted teacher at Cora Kelly School for Math, Science, and Technology in Alexandria City Public Schools. Prior to that she was a Grade 4 teacher at both Cora Kelly and Community Schools of Frankfort in Frankfort, Indiana. Throughout her career, she has served in a number of leadership roles to include Online Summer Learning Elementary Principal, AVID Site Coordinator, After School Coordinator, Site Mentor Coordinator, and Young Scholars Summer Program Principal. Ms. Lower enjoys hiking, reading, and cheering for the Nationals.

Abigail Ragan
Ms. Ragan began her teaching career as a middle school teacher in Ohio prior to becoming a teacher in FCPS. Upon moving to FCPS, she was an elementary general education teacher and then became a special education teacher. Ms. Ragan served as a Lead Special Education teacher prior to becoming an Assistant Principal at Saratoga Elementary school. She enjoys spending time outside, running, and cheering on the Irish during college football!
